InfiContent Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the InfiContent Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms, which are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and alignment with our brand values.

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

To become an affiliate:

  • You must submit a complete and accurate application through our official affiliate dashboard or platform.

  • All applications are subject to review. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

  • We may disqualify or remove applicants who operate in industries or use methods deemed incompatible with our brand (e.g., adult content, deceptive marketing, etc.).

2. Commission Structure

  • Commission Eligibility: You will earn a commission for each qualified referral who signs up and completes a paid transaction using your unique affiliate link.

  • Rates: Commission percentages and special promotions will be displayed in your affiliate dashboard. These may vary by package or campaign.

  • Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid out monthly, typically within the first 10 business days of the following month.

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: You must accumulate a minimum balance (e.g., $50) to receive a payout. Unpaid balances will roll over until the threshold is met.

  • Payment Method: Commissions are paid via PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods listed in your dashboard. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their payment details up to date.

Note: Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions will result in commission reversals.

3. Promotion & Conduct Guidelines

To maintain integrity across all channels:

  • Prohibited Practices:

    • No spamming or unsolicited email marketing.

    • No false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about InfiContent’s products or services.

    • Do not impersonate the InfiContent brand or mislead users by posing as official representatives.

  • Paid Advertising Restrictions:

    • You may not bid on branded keywords (e.g., “InfiContent,” “InfiContent AI”) in search engine advertising without written permission.

    • No direct linking to our website via PPC ads unless authorized.

  • Affiliate Disclosure: All promotional content must clearly disclose the nature of the affiliate relationship in accordance with local laws and FTC guidelines (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission…”).

  • Content Integrity: Affiliates are encouraged to provide honest, value-driven content that helps users make informed decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the InfiContent name, logos, and marketing materials provided via the dashboard.

  • These materials may only be used for affiliate promotion in accordance with our brand guidelines and must not be altered or used in a misleading context.

5. Termination and Program Changes

  • Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time via your affiliate account or by contacting our team.

  • InfiContent’s Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation without prior notice if:

    • You violate these Terms.

    • Engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

    • Misrepresent the brand or cause reputational harm.

  • Upon termination, all pending commissions may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms, commission rates, or program features at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard updates.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Affiliates operate as independent contractors, not employees or agents of InfiContent.

  • InfiContent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Program.

  • Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that their promotional methods comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and data protection regulations.
